Anti Spyware Prog for Networked PC's

Hi,

I administer a W2K network with around 50 PC and 1 Server. I run the latest
Sophos Enterprise AV software. We appear to have a serious spyware problem
and wondered if anyone could recommend a really good antispyware program that
i could run?
