HIPPA Security and GPO Objects

We have recently upgraded our NT4 domain to 2003 AD and in accordance with
the Healthcare Information Privacy and Portability Act (HIPPA) we must
implement some measures to protect data and secure our workstations. One
item we are tasked with is setting a time out period for logged on accounts.
Users whose workstations have been idle for more than x minutes should be
automatically logged out. Can this be done with a GPO in and enterprise with
OS platforms from W95 to XPSP2?
