Security of Hotmail & Messenger Account

I got to know from a friend that I was shown signing into MSN Messenger thsi
mornng around 7:05 to & &:20 (IST) and then going offline. Where as I was no
where near my PC nor have a signed into MSN Messenger for a long time now. I
fear thsi person also can access my Hotmail too having my password. Please
help.Is there any way i can know who has been signing in through a log or
something that is maintained in the centrally by MSN? I have changed my
password now. Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
