I'm being cyberstalked by my Exhusband

He has gained entry into my private Mom's groups by posing as a new member,
and then reading and printing out every word I have posted to my closest
friends in the last 2 years. He is trying to get custody of our son, and
showed up in court with a stack of print outs 2 inches high. Is this a
crime? Is there anything I can do about it?
