Hi,

Can you check these few things:
* make sure that user accounts have passwords assigned to them
* check the settings on local policy

Open gpedit (start -> run -> gpedit.msc and click OK). Here drill down under
Computer Configuration -> Windows Settings -> Security Settings -> Local
Policies -> Security Options. Look for policy named: "Network Access:
Sharing and security model for local accounts". This policy is probably set
to "Guest Only..." Change it to "Classic - local users authenticate as
themselves" ...

Another thing to try is in username box enter pc_name\username (where
pc_name is name of computer that you are trying to connect to and username
is account on this remote computer)
