unknown file: virus or spyware?

Hello,

I received a message from the Windows Firewall (XP PRO SP2) which asks me to
allow or disallow "defragfatz" program (unknown publisher)!

Via a search, I've found the file "DEFRAGFATZ.EXE-0FB37052.PF" at
"C:\WINDOWS\Prefetch" and via a second search (including hidden files) I've
found the file "defragfatz.exe" at "C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32".
