It sounds like the program has a lack of permissions to her profile folder
or maybe she has encrypted some files with EFS file encryption if using
Windows 2000 or XP Pro. Have her logon and check the permissions for her
user profile under documents and settings. The will be a folder with her
name on it. Right click the folder, select properties, open the security
page and check to see if "system" has full permissions to her folder. If not
have her add it with full permissions. The link below may help, particularly
if you are using XP as you may not initially see the security folder. If
that does not help you may want to post in one of the virus topic newsgroups
or go to AVG's website to see if they have a FAQ section that may help or
