Hotmail access problem

Since January 1st I have been uable to access my Hotmail account. I get a
page that tells me net passport is unavailable at this site or its a fake
site!! Has anyone tried to get hold of technical support for Hotmail?
Impossible if you are not actually in Hotmail. When I check the 'sign up'
button it tells me that I am already logged in! I have now managed to change
my password and add an alternate email address but I STILL can't access my
account!! HELP! PLEASE!!!!
