Software that comes bundled with a computer is almost
always specially licensed allowing install only on the
machine with which it is delivered, and often also will
refuse to install on a machine where the BIOS does not
identify the machine as a product of that computer maker.
Finally, much software that comes bundled with a machine
cannot be legally sold in separation from the machine.
Now, everything may be up and up here, and that may be
a full retail Publisher 2002, but be advised that bundled
software is usually not this way.
