RE: Cannot view files and folder in explorer

To update my issues, I am able to go to any folder using the address bar in
explorer. The problem I have is the root of my c: drive is not viewable so
when I click on C: in explorer, nothing shows. If I go to the address bar
and type C:\Program Files then files in program files show.

Any idea what happened to my root folder? Is there some security or
registry entry that would let me see it again?
