I got it! Un-installed and re-installed under admin. Also under Admin, I
right clicked on the scanner program and went into the properties. I set the
"user properties" to "full control" and re-booted to the user mode. Alas it
works. I can't tell you why it would not allow me to do that before the
re-install,I tried and it would not work. But it did this time.
