Scanner&Burner

How come I can use my scanner and CD Burner only in the Admin.Acct? Cannot
get either one to work in user. Stand alone computer,Win2000 pro,separate
user and admin screens. Any help would be appreaciated. the printer works
fine in either sceen. It has to be a securities/permissions issue but I can't
find it
