Just search Google for the file names below. If you get few or no results,
or everything you find is bad or not legitimate, then you have a problem.
[But even if you find the file names in google, you might still have a
problem.]

For identifying and removing things, Spybot Search and Destroy and Adaware
are two free software tools to consider. I assume you already have
anti-virus that is configured to automatically download updates every week.

Gator. Not good. Usually installed when you install free software.

> P2P Networking.exe

Adware. See http://www.pestpatrol.com/PestInfo/p/p2p_networking.asp

> winampa.exe

Probably Winamp. You don't need this to be configured to run in your system
tray near the clock when Windows starts, I find this useless.

> ALCXMNTR.EXE

Probably Realtek audio monitor program. Reportedly ALCXMNTR.EXE is being
used by Realtek to gather data about customers. Doesn't sound necessary.

> CCAPP.EXE

Probably Norton Anti-virus.

> Isass.exe

as mentioned in another post. ISASS.EXE is very probably bad. LSASS.EXE is
a legitimate process name and might not be bad.

> prism.exe

Probably Cox cable Internet.

> CurtainSysSvcNt.exe

Suspicious, probably something undesirable. Google found little or nothing
on it.
