Virus Cleansing

Trying to cleanse PC running XP Home of following 7 (seven) Norton AV 2003
identified Filenames/Threat Names:-

pk2.exe / Trojan Dropper
pk3.exe / Trojan Horse
svcinstall.exe / Trojan Horse (appears twice)
sasser.dll / Hackertool.sassSba
winupd.dll / W32.IRCBot.Gen (appears twice)

Running NAV in normal mode doesn't quarantine and hence allow delete so no
joy there.

Running NAV in safe mode with sys restore off, allows quarantine but not
delete

How do I delete these ??????

Any help greatly appreciated
