What's your suggestion? I think your IT staff is ill-informed....and I'm not
sure how any software vendor/manufacturer can do anything about this. I have
been using, and patching, MS systems for a very long time and can honestly
say that the percentage of "bad experiences" is somewhere between 0%-1%. I'm
not alone in this....
