"BEST" Pop-up

Six months ago a pop-up "ONLY THE BEST" became embedded in my computer. I
was able to locate it and destroy it. It resurfaced a couple of weeks ago
but this time I cannot locate it. Approx. 25% of the ads can cause red face!
 Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
