You need a firewall that can filter inbound traffic more granularly than the
firewall you have now. I suggest you try Sygate [ free for personal use] which
will allow you to add deny rules for specific IP addresses. Ipsec filtering can
also do the same and is built into XP Pro if you want to try that. The link
below has example of ipsec filtering. You could create a mirrored block policy
with the IP addresses of the hosts you want to block. --- Steve
