OK, I created the runas shortcut which opens the C: drive folder, but then
what? There is no folder called "Control Panel" nor is there a folder for
Internet Protocol (TCP/IP). There are some files for consoles such as
"Computer Managment" in the "System 32" folder, but many other items that are
part of the control panel are nowhere to be found, such as "Internet
Protocol". I did a search for "Control Panel" and "Internet Protocol" but
nothing showed up.
