It's a real problem when a legitimate MS file shows up in Zone
Alarm with NO NAME and asks for internet connection rights.
I don't need to search for help from that location, so it's
harmless. But it caused me to spend a lot of time trying to run down
a problem that didn't even exist.

|I bet all your search turns up is what is in the local help file(s).
|Notice in the leftside results pane that there is a section for local
|matches (Suggested and Full-text) and also matches from the Microsoft
|Knowledgebase. Search on "encryption". I got 15 results under the MS
|Knowledgebase section. Did you get any? I suspect you blocking Help
|and Support from having Internet access will result in not finding all
|possible matches on a search that might be possible. However, if you
|prefer to use a web browser (already authorized through your firewall)
|to go to http://support.microsoft.com/ and enter your search criteria a
|second time then you don't need Help and Support connecting to the
|Internet.
