When I try to Search from Start > Help & Support, Zone Alarm asks if I
want to let Microsoft Help Center Hosting Server v5.1.2600.0 to access
the internet. When I say NO, I can still search and see help.

Note -- the above Zone Alarm entry is different, in that it gives me
the name of an application. It also tells me the name of the file:
"HelpHost.exe"

The one I disallowed had no application name in the "about" dialog of
zone Alarm.

|When you have it blocked (i.e., disallowed), what happens when you
|perform a search in Start -> Help and Support?
