Has anyone heard about a supposed feature in Win 2003 server that allows you
to require two passwords for certain user accounts when logging into a
server? We have a client who went to Comdex and said he was shown a demo of
Windows 2003 where to log into the Administrator account, two different
people (with two different passwords) were needed to login. The theory is
that no one person can log in with very powerful accounts without someone
else also being aware that someone is going in. Kind of the "two-key"
    nuclear missile launch-key concept.
The client asked the presenter about this feature and was told, "It's in
there, you just need to know where to find it."
Personally, I've never heard of two passwords in Win2K3 out of the box,
although the concept of dual-authentication mechanisms is certainly out there
as add-on products. The client wants us to implement this, and doesn't want
to incur the cost of a third-party token or biometric system.
Anyone know where this feature and/or tool is?
