This bootable CD will allow you to change the Administrator's password.

Once you can get into the Recovery Console, I believe MS has articles in
their KB to remove a failed SP2 via the Recovery Console. They should be
faily easy to find by doing a search of MS's site. I don't have any links
handy at the moment.
