The only services to access the Internet using Windows Server 2003 as
delivered are:

- NAT service
- ICS service
- Routing and Remote Access service

The only control you have with this scenario is packet filtering in RRAS.
You can filter traffic based on IP addresses and ports.

To use more sophisticated filtering, you need products like ISA Server
(2004).
