need help changing administrator

can anyone help me. i need to change the administator on my daughters
computer. I forgot her password and I cant ask her as she has passed away. I
am not too great with the computer terms but I am learning real fast. I have
windows xp home for the computer if that helps at all. I want to be able to
be the one who is the administator and get her off the computer. I do so
appreciate any help anyone can give me. If not can you suggest someone else
who can help.
