Wrong, there was no sarcasm here, and the question was absolutely necessary.
Your anonymous hostility on the other hand was not helpful to this thread.

1) this person might not really have been hacked, and might just be trying
to trick us into giving a hacking tutorial that he or she could start using
to hack. 2) Any answer we gave here would merely be speculation.
Speculation here is useless. 3) I agree with the other posts that state
that the original poster has insufficient details to permit any useful
answer from us.
