Hi,
If you use CA website to request a certificate them this information is
stored in the cookies. To be able to retrieve the pending or issued
certificate information, cookies must be enabled in IE to be saved on the
computer in first place and must not be deleted from the computer or user
profile.
Cookies are stored in user's profiles, so same user must check on same
computer (unless roaming profile is used) to see if there is any change in
certificate request...
