URL Access Restrictions

Hi,

I am wondering, how can I block users from access
specifics URL? For example I don't want my users to access
www.X.com while I need to access it.

We are using Windows 2000 Advanced Server, ISA 2000. Do I
need anything else to do the mentioned above?
