Have you installed SP-2 or a hotfix ending with SP2?
They are not the same.
SP-21 will be displayed as "Service Pack 2"
The hotfixes will have a name ending in "...SP2"
The hotfixes entries in Add/Remove Programs will be removed once SP-2
is installed.
