I wouldn't worry too much about that recovery list of Spybot S&D. It's one
of the best programs for these issues.

What I would do is:

Uninstall it, download the program again from
http://www.safer-networking.org/en/index.html, install it, update the
definitions and run it again.

With reference to "HijackThis" my advice is simple: get the log and send it
to "HijackThis" forum, wait for reply and learn. (I wouldn't touch anything
without help.)
