    Hi

If you are not able to get the Security Center to recognise Norton
    fully:

Control Panel/Security Center, click on the "Change the Way
Security Center Notifies Me" link in the left pane.

More about Symantec products and SP2 here:

    http://www.symantec.com/techsupp/sp2/support_doc.html

    For Norton 2004 products:

After installing XP Service Pack 2, the message "Your computer might
    be at risk . . . " appears
    http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/sharedtech.nsf/docid/2004070814522613?OpenDocument&tpre=&csm=no&src=con_web_nam

As far as I know, Symantec haven't released an update for the 2003
products, only the 2004 version. Someone that just contacted Symantec
Support said that they was considering releasing an update for 2003
    versions as well.

Several have reported that installing the 2004 WMI update on NAV
    2003 works fine:
