Runing 98SE (all updates installed) and ZA Pro version 5.1.011
Internet access is via telco modem connection to ISP.
NAV 2004 opens at boot.
ZA Pro notifies and asks permission about following NAV 2004 files
requesting internet access at boot:
ccevtmgr.exe (NAV)
ccapp.exe (NAV)
sbserv.exe (NAV)
ccsetmgr.exe (NAV)
Unless I grant permission for all four files to access the internet, NAV
2004 will not show in system tray.
Further, while using MailWasher Pro, ccapp.exe (NAV) requests permission to
access internet. When I send out from MailWasher Pro to bounce the spam,
opscan.exe (NAV) requests to access the internet. Opscan indicates my mail
program is not working properly on the first six bounced emails. Provides
internet shortcut to symantec help which discusses various email programs,
not preventative email cleaners (MailWasher Pro). Then opscan stops no
further emails processed after 6 are processed.
Would ask what I want in the two paragraphs, but to avoid ignorant answers,
will let the educated see what's wrong and reply.
