What I meant by " or use a remote computer to manage the Group Policy as in "
gpedit.msc /thiscomputer:remotecomputer " is that you can use it if you want to leave
restrictions in place for all users but manage Group Policy remotely in case you are
locked out from doing that on the local computer. --- Steve
