I actually did try that, and all of the updates were downloaded, but it
didn't change the status of the icon or error message.

Also, just to clarify my first message a little more, the icon that is shown
with the "X" through it and creates the Symantec Integrator message is for
"Norton Anti-Virus Auto-Protect". I am able to open my Norton System Works.
