Pop-Ups

I recently installed and removed a local cable modem...It used MSN as it's
internet provider...I had then and now AOL...AOL has a very good POP-UP
blocker...Since I added and removed the cable access I have been receiving
pop-ups across Microsoft
that open the program and stream across my AOL experience...AOL was and
still is my homepage on Microsoft so my family could still access their
email...How can I stop the transient pop-ups??? Please HELP !!!
