Problem deleting a file

Hi,

We have fire wall software Zone Alarm on our computer and
the program asks each time a program want access to the
internet and you have to allow or disallow the program
the access. I recently visited a website that had all
these pop ups and accidentally allowed one of the
programs access to out computer. Now I'm stuck with all
these folders which are somehow corrupted and I cannot
delete them from the program files on our computer. I
have tried to rename them but get the message access
denied. I have also tried removing the "read-only" on
them, but still cannot delete them. Any thoughts on how I
can clean up my system from these folders? I seem to have
allowed strange programs to access our computer because
of this and am worried that it will damage our system.

Thanks,

Jen
