SUS downloading too many updates

I have just installed SUS on a Windows 2003 server. The
first time I syncronized the server, it downloaded 281
updates. Included in these updates was MA .Net Framework
1.0 SP3 Spanish, however I explicitly setup the server
to "Synchronize installation packages for these locales:"
to English. Is there anyway to delete these files via an
interface that would update the SUS server? I would like
to make this a more manageable task when approving the
patches.
Any help would greatly be appreciated.
