Verify that the local administrators group membership is correct and that the domain
admins group is present as it would be in a default installation. If that checks out
run netdiag on his computer to see if there is a problem with connectivity to the
domain controller or with the computers domain account [as evidenced by a problem
with secure channel]. If problems are found they are usually due to dns
misconfiguration in that the domain computer is not using only AD domain controllers
running dns with the domain zone as its preferred dns server. --- Steve
