I would make sure you have anti-virus software running that has the latest
updates for this week installed [ www.grisoft.com is free anti-virus], have
a firewall [ www.kerio.com, www.sygate.com and www.zonealarm.com are all
free], have the latest version of the MSN software installed, all Microsoft
patches from http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com, and really seriously
consider creating a new MSN account.
