Sorry, that just isn't enough information to help. Either you have admin
privilege or you don't. You set that in the User Accounts control panel
from an account that already has admin privilege. If your account
doesn't have admin, then you need to logon to a different admin account
(eg, Administrator) to reset your regular account.

If you really do have admin privilege, then Zipforms has a problem and
you'll need to contact them about it. Sometimes you have to uninstall
the software completely before you can reinstall it, or there may be
some copy protection thing going on to prevent you reinstalling it.
Check with the vendor -- they wrote the installer.
