If you are using W2K, W2003, or XP Pro EFS file encryption is built into the
operating system with XP Pro and Windows 2003 being more flexible in allowing users
to share an encrypted folder. EFS as any encryption mechanism has it's challenges in
managing keys so that data does not become unavailable to the intended user. The last
