there is a problem with scripts takin memory! plz help

i try to play games on my computer, but yesterday, they
were running perfextly, but now they are really laggy,
and its not my internet connection. i have had this b4
and i think it has comeback again, what is it? i did not
download anything, or view any unfriendly sites!! plz
help-tell me what to do
