Ace Password Sniffer : How does it work ?

Hi all,

I would like to know how Ace Password Sniffer does to decrypt Http
passwords ?
I've tried to sniff the same packets from Ethereal but can't find the
password in clear... Is there a simple algorithm that would be used by
Http protocol to encode the passwords ?
