Hi Wally,
Most likely, someone you once sent an e-mail is infected with a virus that
is sending out e-mail with your address (from address) gotten from address
list or received e-mails.
Once infected e-mail is spread and delivered to mail server and is checked
for viruses e-mail server returns a notification to the sender (sender
specified in from address -- in this case you) -- it's a bad practice to
send out such notifications. Since your e-mail address is defined in "from
field" you are the one that gets the notifications...
There is nothing you can do about it... :-\

(outlook)which I never sent (to someone I do not know), is infected. I do
not open any of these files, many with attachements, but just delete them.
