Thank you for your response and i hope that I am not
being a real dummy but my Real Player does not have an
options tab. I have a menu bar that that has file, view
etc and I looked in Tools but could not find options
there either.
Please note that I have not just installed RealPlayer nor
have I recently upgraded. When opening the program to
carry out your instructions I got the message that has
been driving me mad about 20-25 times. It also made me
register before I could even enter the program.
Thanks for your help
