I've followd to a T, the Create System restore Point by
following the Help and Support Center directions to create
a Restore Point. Help says to access the System Restore
Wizard voia the Help & Support link under Start. Then it
says "click Create a Restore Point" and whn I do that, the
Wizard takes me back to the instructions on how to do it
all over again! In short, it goes in circles.

Any clear method of creating a System Restore Point
    without getting the run-around?

    A
