Since he had full access to your computer & you weren't watching over his
shoulder, he could've done pretty much anything. I'd find a new tech support
friend if I were you. ;-)

Change your passwords and "secret questions" *everywhere* and make sure you
have a good firewall in place. You say you've reinstalled your OS from
scratch, right?
