Do you have Windows 2K? XP? In any case, you say you need
the password to your one and only account, so I'm assuming
you are using Windows and that you want to change your
Administrator password. (If not, you could simply log in
as Administrator and change the password.)

I was once able to reset the Administrator password by
using Linux and Peter Nordahl's Ntpasswd tool.

Do a Google search for your operating system; you will
find out how to change whatever password you need changing.
