Stop the re-starting problem, courtesy of Carey Frisch:

If your computer is constantly attempting to shutdown
or reboot, quickly go to:

Start > Run and type: CMD , and hit enter.
This opens the Command Prompt window.

Then type: shutdown -a , and hit enter.

This should halt the rebooting problem.

spybot i also used spykiller i did a virus scan and

to go on to the registry to remove whatever was left from 
there but i dont know that much and didn't wanted to mess 
up the registry i did a system re-store and it help a 
lot. it remove everything, but my computer has been re-
starting by it self , if we are doing something on the 
computer whatever it is it res-starts the computer it 
shuts and re starts it again can anybody tell me what the 
problem migh be???????? i'm hopeless
