Home Search Assistent Removal HELP !

Hello,

I have XP SP1 with all the latest updates. I also have
AdAware and several other removal tools. None of them can
not remove Home Search Assistent. The spyware just keeps
generating .dll and .exe files with various names.
Also, my computer CAN NOT boot in safe mode!
Please advice with the cleaning of this nasty spyware.
