The best logical solution would be to configure your 100 client workstations
and 7 servers to use SUS server as a source for updates. If you cannot do it
thru group policy, you could do it thru local policies.

Failing that, you should download any necessary hotfixes and run them from
    batch file.
You can download hotfixes directly from Windows Update web site. To download
updates manually, on "Windows Update" web page you click "Personalize
Windows Update" and then "Display the link to Windows Update Catalog". You
    then click on that link.

If I need to do it manually, I usually download them to a folder and invoke
installation with a batch file that looks like this:

    WindowsMedia-KB828026-x86-ENU.exe /Q /Z
    WindowsMedia9-KB819639-x86-ENU.exe /Q /Z
    WindowsServer2003-KB819696-x86-ENU.exe /Q /Z
    WindowsServer2003-KB823559-x86-ENU.exe /Q /Z
    WindowsServer2003-KB824105-x86-ENU.exe /Q /Z
    WindowsServer2003-KB824146-x86-ENU.exe /Q /Z
    WindowsServer2003-KB828750-x86-ENU.exe /Q /Z
    etc

    /Q means quiet mode
    /Z means no reboot
Use /? to see diferrent command line parameters.
